Please note that if you choose to post a link to your photos/pictures (stored at arsPHOTO account) on your own or others' websites, or you share your photos/pictures with your friends or family members and they post your share invitation on a website or forward to other individuals, these photos/pictures may be accessible to others who view the email invitation or visit these websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible or liable for, the privacy of any photos/pictures that you have shared with others.
In order to provide quality products, the Ars Group Limited employees and third-party service providers fulfilling your order or providing Customer Support to you may see your photos/pictures.
5. Updating Your Personal Information
Ars Group Limited will make an effort to keep all your Personal Information up-to-date when you provide it to us. You can update your account information and change your password at any time. If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one through arsPHOTO account. If any of your Personal Information changes, or you identify a mistake in our records, please use the account profile page on the arsPHOTO account.
6. Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe to our notification services through your account profile on the arsPHOTO account. Simply go to 'Personal info/settings’ or contact our Customer Services team. From time to time, Ars Group Limited may share Personal Information with affiliates and/or third parties to allow them to contact you regarding products, programs, services and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. If you would prefer that we do not share your Personal Information with affiliates and/or third parties for such affiliates' and/or third parties' direct marketing purposes, you may submit an opt-out request by going to 'Personal info/settings' link. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
